Unveiling a military secret of the GDR
In the year 1935 there was built a munitions factory in the middle of this beautiful landscape.
After World war II in the seventies of the former century the army of the GDR invested 100 million GDR-MARK to build an enourmos nuclear-fallout shelter and several other air-raid shelters.
Today you can visit this hugh system of shelters and get a lot of information about its purpose in former days. |
